Through actions and spells you will get positive status effects.  You will more than likely earn this trophy as you are playing, but if not then just choose a character like Salim who starts off with Measuring each round.  Then his starting skill Aim is another status effect.  A mystic can put Mending on you by shooting an enemy adjacent to Salim, then you just need to find a spell or two that adds more statuses.
