The standard jump towards-HK-crouch-HK spamming that works for most everyone else does not work with Mature.
What worked for me is relying on the move Despair which is diagonal (forward+down) and HP.
Then whenever the opponent was very close I would crouch and do a few LK's before going back to Despair.
The Super Special Move was very handy as well (quarter circle back + HK)
I just stuck to these three moves.
Have a second controller nearby so you can press start on it if you are about to be KO'd and after defeating the second controller you will have another shot at the round you are on.
Standard layout:
HK = B button
LK = A button
HP = Y button

Depending on the distance and the CPU's behaviour, you can allow yourself to mixup between LP and HP Despair, LP has a shorter travel distance and a lower arc, but you can attack upfront (works well on low-stage progression). For the last two stages, HP Despair will allow you to hit the CPU slightly from behind.

Acquired by beating Arcade mode with Mature without losing a round.
To be more specific, you must put Mature in your team and choose her to start 1st. Then you cannot lose a round at all or choose "retry" after you finish the stage. As long as you defeat all 15 opponents with Mature, you will unlock this achievement at the end of arcade mode.

You can actually select retry, but you have to make sure to KO all opponents again using only mature. I 've tried it and still got the chevo.

Retring didn't work from me so I don't recommend thinking it does, but maybe it was just my game, who knows!
