this one is easy, i think Ralf Jones is one of the best characters in the game.
to finish arcade mode with him, first put on the easy difficulty, to make it faster.
then start the game, and keep pressing Y, or High Punch (HP)
to make ralf´s attack, keep doing this until you charge your super bar, then do the special to finish your oponnent off.
