This achievement is for defeating every character in arcade with Raiden. This means that all 5 sets of 3 characters are defeated using him and only him. You can keep a second controller on hand to interrupt a match if your life bar nears empty.
Raiden was my toughest character so far because he really isn't that great, simply put. On simple controls I relied heavily on his away + punch moves in the gas and the lunge. The lunge is more of a charge as the gas is more of a tap, it's tough to tell the difference sometimes on simple. Also, his toward heavy punch has decent range and when paired with a jumping heavy punch you can use a rather simple method. This one doesn't prove too effective, sadly. His ultimate is a pain to land as you must be right beside them, so I would recommend avoiding it all together as I always took more damage than I dealt when trying to land it.
As with all characters, it's a good idea to keep track of who you defeat on this arcade playthrough as you must defeat the full roster in arcade with each character for your King of Fighters achievement.

All you solutions for KOF12 have been helpful, thank you. For Raiden I got through with no trouble but spamming jump "B" kick and with a down "B" follow up. Didn't get below 75% health.

Acquired by beating Arcade mode with Raiden without losing a round.
To be more specific, you must put Raiden in your team and choose him to start 1st. Then you cannot lose a round at all or choose "retry" after you finish the stage. As long as you defeat all 15 opponents with Raiden, you will unlock this achievement at the end of arcade mode.
