This achievement is for clearing arcade mode using only Robert. This means that all 5 sets of 3 characters are defeated without losing a round. You can keep a second controller on the side to interrupt a match that you're about to lose, just make sure to do it before the final hit is dealt.
Robert is one of those characters who has a spam worthy projectile. This is done by holding toward + down and pressing either of the punches. Similarly, his ultra move is a large fireball that is done by pressing down+toward and either punch as well and takes off a good chunk of health. If you want a move to close the distance rather than merely spam, he has a charge move which is back for a moment + B which lunges him at the enemy doing moderate damage.
As with every character it is worth noting that you should keep track of who you defeat, as you must defeat the whole roster in arcade mode with every fighter for the King of Fighters achievement.
