The King of Fighters XII

This achievement is for beating arcade mode in its entirety using only Iori. This means that you don't use your other fighters during the whole 5 sets of 3 fighters. It is suggested you change the difficulty to easy, and the time to 99 as any win by time out automatically nulls your achievement.

This is one of the few characters where I really can't give you a 100% fool proof method, even using simple mode. Truthfully I simply jumped in with a heavy punch, and followed it up with a Down Forward + Y slash and then distanced myself repeating the process. When your meter fills at the bottom, press down then back and Y to initiate his super which lunges at the enemy. It's key you time this so the first strike lands, otherwise the move won't happen and the bar is wasted. You can win without it, but it helps. If you want to build on the method mentioned above, jump with a heavy punch (Y) and then tap x once or twice and do a backwards punch of your choice to give you a nice little double slash. Every little bit of extra damage counts, right?

It's important you keep track of what fighters you beat while clearing arcade using only Iori if you intend to max the game as the King of Fighters achievement requires you defeat the entire roster during online play.
