Acquired by beating Arcade mode with Joe Higashi without losing a round.
To be more specific, you must put Joe in your team and choose him to start 1st. Then you cannot lose a round at all or choose "retry" after you finish the stage. As long as you defeat all 15 opponents with Joe, you will unlock this achievement at the end of arcade mode.

This achievement is for clearing arcade mode using only Joe Higashi. This means that you don't lose a round, having to switch allies for all 5 sets of 3 characters. You may interrupt your matches with a second controller in case you near defeat and it is advised you change the difficulty to easy along with the timer to 99 as all time out matches null the achievement.
Joe is more of a kick character in my eyes, so I personally used a heavy kick leading in to a jumping Knee. This can be done by pressing B in the air on default controls, along with down and forward at the same time with B using simple mode. This did a decent chunk of damage, especially if both parts hit. You can also do a away + B sliding kick if you're a ways away for a free hit usually. His super is a close range one which can be used by pressing down toward + Y. This is yet another character the guerrilla tactic works well with.
As with every other character, it is suggested you keep track of who you defeat on this playthrough as each character must defeat the full roster in arcade mode to unlock the King of Fighters achievement.
