The split endings are much easier to do on this edition of the game than they are for the PC release of season 2, as you can take advantage of the xbox one cloud saves to remove the need to replay the entire episode.
Once you have the whole mask and enter the room where you put it on, quit to the menu and close the game. This will store that save point as your cloud save.
After you resume the game, put the mask on and go through the closing scene to make your choice, then once the achievement pops press the
button, scroll down to the game and press 
. This is very important, DO NOT exit the game as this will update your cloud save, instead go to 'Manage game & add-ons', and delete the local save file.
This will close you out of the game, and when you open it again it will download the save you made above where you are waiting to put the mask on, this will allow you to replay the final rooms and choose the opposite ending without having to replay the whole episode.
