In chapter 4, upon reaching the city of Mayfil, you will meet a strange "Being". Rose will explain you that this is the Spirit of Feyrbrand, the dragon you fought during the war in Serdio. The spirit is not accepting the death and is seeking for revenge.
If you're going to ask, the answer is yes, there are three of this spirits, one for every dragon you fought in the past and yes, you need to defeat them to get three trophies. The spirits are impossible to miss, so you don't need to search for them and also, you don't need to defeat them as soon as you find them, you can skip the battle and come back when you feel stronger.
Beware: you must defet them BEFORE the last battle in Mayfil!
Here's some strategies for them:

Feyrbrand: He is the easiest of the three and can be defeated once you find him. Feyrbrand's spirit has the same attacks of the "real" Feyrbrand and he will primary attack a single party member dealing medium damage. Simply abuse of your stronger attacks to defeat him quickly and unlock Extinguish the Spirit of Feyrbrand

Regole: He (or she?) is tougher than Feyrbrand and is highly suggested to fight him/her once you become stronger or using your strongest characters. Regole is fast, can attack twice and will use two dangerous attacks that can wipe out your party pretty easily. The best way to face this battle, is to immediatly use your Special and transform all your party in Dragoons, so you can unleash your stronger attacks on this boss, defeating him/her as soon as possible. This should unlock Extinguish the Spirit of Regole

Divine Dragon: the hardest fight so far and probably the hardest trophy of the game. The divine dragon spirit is fast, has high HP and will always attack all your party member by dealing high damage. There is an high chance that you will not be ready to fight him when you reach him, so my best advice is to farm XP and level up before trying to beat this boss. Once you feel ready for him (try to be over lvl30 with the characters you want to use), be sure to have all the PS for all three characters, together with a PowerUp for Dart and a PowerDown for the boss. Use everything you have and be quick! Time is important, as he can wipe out your party in one or two turns. Also, abuse of the re-wind feature, trying to change your attacks and the boss reactions to them. If you manage to defeat him, you will get Extinguish the Spirit of the Divine Dragon
Note on XP farming: farming XP in this game is not easy, as the casual fights grants you only few points and they are divided to all 7 characters. There are, however, many endgame bosses that can help you getting high XP:
- The 4 Dragoon's spirits in Vellweb
- The Super-Virage in the forbidden lands of the winged.
- Polter Ghost in the snowfields
Also, there is a good XP farming spot at tthe Dragon Lair, where the enemy Triceratops will give you 2000 XP.
