Regole is the unfamous Sea Dragon that everyone is talking about on Tiberoa, with Lenus as her Dragoon. This battle is quite similar to the one with Feyrbrand and Greham but is quite harder than that.
First of all, you must stock on multi-healing items, together with resurrection items. Also, try to use your stronger character for this battle.
Regole and Lenus can hit you quite hard, damaging all your party and attacking more than once every turn. Focus on Lenus first, as she has less HP than the dragon. She is a little bit easier than the first battle, but she can still hit hard. Use powerful attacks and always keep an eye on your HP in order to avoid an istant death if they deplete all your party HP.
Once Lenus is defeated, focus on Regole. Even if he (she?) is alone, she can waste you in no time because of her "tidal" attack. Try to survive her attacks and hit her hard until she dies.
