The ghost commander is the boss of the phantom ship. He will fight with 4 knights, so there will be 5 enemies to defeat.
The commander has the highest HP of all and he is your target. The other knights can be easily defeated but they will come back to life after some turns. The best way to fight this boss, is to use some Dragoons magics that can damage all the enemies: the knights will fall quite soon, so you can focus your best attacks on the Commander. Everytime one of the knight starts to revive, kill him and then focus again on the commander.
To win the fight, all 5 enemies must be down in the same time: also the commander will rise again, so be pretty quick when you defeat him.
