In stage 6-1 there three girls in Chinese style dresses that jump around. All you need to do is avoid killing them which isn't too hard. When they jump, you can easily run under them to get past them

In level 6-1 there will be three types of enemies. These are jumping karatekas, Chinese with ropes and dancing ladies. So there is no need to kill them. There are only 3-4 of them at level, so use your save often. The trophy will be given when you complete the level.
