How to unlock the Behold! Emblem of Blue! achievement in The Revenge of Shinobi - Definitive Guide

Really easy. When you select the start game option from the main menu the Sega logo will appear just as it does on all old Sega Genesis/Megadrive games. The trophy will pop once it appears.
