In level 3-1 there are several brick pillars. Simply double jump onto the top of any one of them. Just stand there until the trophy pops.

We walk along the fence on the third level. We approach a tall red brick pillar. We jump on it in advance with a somersault in the air. You need to jump while being on this side of the green fence.
