Beatrice is the final boss in The Rumble Fish 2 and is your final opponent for Stage 8 (or Stage 9 if you fought Hazama), as a boss, all of her projectile and energy attacks (from her special and super moves) will do more hits/damage than her playable counterpart with unique effects relegated to her boss form. She also starts the match with both of her Offensive and Defensive gauges full (and at least not infinite). Her AI is also scaled up slightly regardless of the difficulty set.
However, you can easily beat here with your best character, in 1 round matches and the difficulty all the way to Beginner for a fighting chance, and (optionally) with the timer set to 30 seconds. Either beating her normally with her health down to 0 or by timeout if you have more health than her, and the achievement is yours once the character ending starts.
