Up to level 20, in principle, it’s not difficult, but after that everything starts to speed up and it becomes more difficult to fulfill the conditions. The only thing I can advise is to take pauses after level 20, after every 2 levels there is a pause - 5 minutes of rest to relieve tension, then go through 2 levels again, etc.
