I originally made her to complete the "Gold Digger" Lifetime wish (hence the name,) and upon looking at challenges I realised she had done most of them.
If you don't have access to the exchange the Traits you need are, Evil and Kleptomaniac. I like to have Charismatic as well.
Return a stolen object
Originally I left out as I felt it was pretty self explanatory, once you have stolen something, simply go home and interact with the mail box and return the stolen item.
Become enemies with 15 sims & Be mean 10 times
Firstly you want to head to the park, a lot of Sims come in and out of this during the day, plenty of poor souls for your devilishly Sim to wreak havoc.
(You'll naturally complete "Be mean 10 times" while making enemies)
Start off by introducing yourself rudely, that alone is enough to get them annoyed using "Evil" under specials you can get the option to declare Sim nemesis. I found this was enough to get a Sim as your enemy, if not keep spamming "Mean" options until there annoyed enough for you to pick "Evil" ones.
Steal candy from 5 babies
Easier than I originally thought, you can do this all on one poor unfortunate baby, wait for their mother or father to place them on the ground and pounce in for some sweet sweet free candy ^^ this can also be done at the park.
Also suggested by zerospaceA4 & Mojo I Uk, If you can't find any baby in the whole town, you can create a new family with a baby. Surprisingly, an evil mother can steal candy from her own child.
Steal 20 things with a kleptomaniac Sim
This will take a bit longer than the rest, as I said before I was completing Gold Digger Lifetime wish, Seducing Malcolm Landgraad, while waking up in the middle of the night pocketing his processions.
You can only steal 3 things a night, and you can only steal at night. I made sure everyone was asleep in Landgraads household or at-lest made sure they wouldn't walk in. This can be done anywhere at night, a nice place to swipe a few things has to be the Art gallery, those painting fetch a few Simoleons and its located right next to the park, create a few enemies and run over the road and swipe a few paintings.
* A very good suggestion I didn't think of from "connectmeplease" Is that the Kleptomanic limit of three thefts of day is per Sim, so you could create a household with two or three kleptos which would make this part a lot quicker.*

Be mean 10 times
Can be done with any sim as a action option. Rinse and repeat. This can be obtained whilst becoming enemies with 15 sims if you don't want to do it separately.
Become enemies with 15 sims
Can be done with any sim but is far easier with an evil sim. Simply be mean until you get the option to declare someone your nemesis. With an evil sim this mean a rude introduction, and then you can opt for nemesis. Rinse and repeat.
Steal candy from 5 babies
Those adorable toddlers are stashing candy somewhere and it's yours for the taking with an evil sim. Simply interact and you will have the option to steal candy. Parents will occasionally put down toddlers at the park or at houses, or simply have a child yourself. They appear to have unlimited candy supplies as I got this by stealing from the same child 5 times in a row. Be warned, there will be tears!
Steal 20 things with a kleptomaniac Sim
There are all sorts of weird and wonderful ways to approach this but if you're still stuck, like I was, then here's what to do. Anywhere that is not in your lot can be used as a place to steal. This means the art gallery can net you lots of cash. Simply go to someone's house (be invited in) or go to a public place at night with a klepto sim and click in an empty space. As well as the usual go here and jog here options, you will find a swipe option. This is how you trigger your sim to steal. As it is a klepto sim, you cannot control what they take, hence the need to click in an empty spot.
EDIT: Thanks to xXAphrodisiacXx. As it's three things you can steal a day you can steal three before midnight and then three after allowing six in one night if you didn't steal on the previous night.
Return a stolen object
Once your klepto has collected some stolen goods go home and click on the mail box. There will be an option to send a stolen item back. Click it and select something useless to complete the challenge.
N.B. As asked by xDJNeLLieNeLL you do not have to complete everything with one sim. It will carry across all your characters as long as you save al your progress.

This trophy is a part of a challenge called "The Reviler." The following are the requirements of this challenge:
-Return a stolen object
-Be mean 10 times
-Steal 20 things with a kleptomaniac sim
-Become enemies with 15 sims
-Steal candy from a baby 5 times.
To return a stolen object you first must actually steal an object. To do this you'll need to have a sim with the trait kleptomaniac so either make one or marry one. Once you have this type of sim wait until 7:00 PM and then visit a neighbor's house. Once inside you can click on a room as if you were going to walk into it and an option will come up to swipe something. You can steal a total of 3 things per day so doing quick math it will take you 7 days to steal 20 things. Once you've stolen some objects go to your mailbox with the sims that stole the items, you will have a new option that says return stolen goods. Simply click it and send back the item that you want to send back.
To steal candy from a baby go up to an infant and select them as though you were going to have a conversation with them. If you have a kleptomaniac sim the option will come up to steal candy. The baby won't appear to have candy so when you see an infant steal candy from it. The hardest part about this part of the challenge is actually finding an infant. Going to the park during the day and visiting peoples houses are the easiest ways to find them. Steal candy 5 times and you'll complete that part of the challenge
The last two parts both have to do with being mean. Any type of sim can be mean in some way but some are better than others. Mean is a conversation option when you talk to a person for the first time. To be mean just select any option in the mean conversation section when you're talking to another sim. Select 10 of those options to beat the challenge. Becoming enemies is a little bit harder but all you need to do is keep using mean conversation options. Eventually you will get the chance to use fighting conversation options which make sims enemies very quickly. Become enemies with 15 sims to beat the challenge.
Once these 5 challenges are completed you will have completed "The Reviler" challenge and you will get the trophy. The following traits and lifetimes rewards will help with this trophy.
-Kleptomaniac - Trait (required)
-Evil - Trait (required)
-Mean Spirited - Trait

This is also a challenge ("The Reviler"). You will need the Kleptomaniac and Evil trait for this achievement. The achievement and challenge need you to complete a total of five other challenges. Those challenges are :
Ahh, Regret (Return a stolen object.)
After you have stolen an object, simply go up to your mailbox and click "Return object". You need a kleptomaniac Sim to steal an object.
How to steal objects:
1.To steal an object it first needs to be night (After 7:00PM and before 6AM)
2.You need to have a kleptomaniac Sim.
3. No one is around to see you do it.
4. Click on the floor near public places like the library and people's homes and the option "Swipe will appear" if you have all of the above it should be blue.
5. You can only swipe three objects a day.
Big Ol' Meanie (Be mean 10 times.)
Just go up to another Sim and keep doing the "Mean" things to them.
Public Enemy (Become enemies with 15 Sims.)
Either go to a Sim and be mean to them and start fights and rinse and repeat another fourteen times, or go to a community lot and do the "Epic Fail" Karma power. This will freak a lot of people out and then just be mean and fight them until you have fifteen enemies. After you are mean to a Sim a new option of fight will appear, click on this option and choose make Nemesis to become enemies with that Sim.
That's My Candy! (Steal candy from a baby 5 times.)
You need the Evil trait to steal candy from a baby. You could start a new Sim family with a Sim with the Evil trait and a baby and simply take that babies candy five times. After you have done this, save so the challenge also saves.
Thief! (Steal 20 things with a kleptomaniac Sim.)
As this states your Sim needs to have the "Kleptomaniac" Trait, after that simple steal objects. See Ahh Regret! to find out how to steal if you need to know.
