wishes are simple things your sim wants to do normally based on their personality eg. if your sim has the neat trait there wishes would be like make the bed,clean the dishes,take a bath .for this achievement simply fufill 10 of your sims wishes you will get a notifacation when your sim gets a new wish this achievment should take about 5 minutes

You receive in-game notification when your Sim has wishes. Hit the RT to see these wishes, and hit A to promise them. Once promised, fulfill the wish. Do this 10 times for the achievement.
