After you pop Doubtful Mind, basically completing after the 3-4 (I forget how many, sorry) levels of the tower, you will be able to elevate to the top level of the tower, which has only one direction you can follow, which will lead you through a few rooms, finally to a place where you have to jump into a pool of water. Eventually you should end up in a room with a pool of water in the center, and a 0/4 marker in the lower right corner of your screen, which implies there are four new puzzles to solve. These puzzles are accessible here, through four Roman numeraled doors. Enter each area and complete all four puzzles to pop this achieve. (Each puzzle here leads to no implication of a merit of life, so I'm guessing there are twenty more puzzles after this to pop those achieves. Sorry, I'm still in progress. But these look empty of MoL>
