Start a new game.
Play as Catherine Armstrong.
You can skip through the text by spamming RB.
The first option seems to be random. You can either choose "I'm looking forward to work!" or "Sorry, I forgot." whichever one appears for you.
There was no other way to avoid war.
Now click on the hand icon using your cursor.
Click on all three of the photos by interacting with the magnifying glass.
Now click on the message icon.
These people were murdered.

Unlock Summary Execution Achievement
After unlocking the Achievement quit out to the main menu and start a new game.
Play as Stuart Ross.
