Well then, let me explain:
You must escape the basement, after that you will find a well (stone looking hole, google if you don’t know what one looks like) go down it, you will take some damage. The first time you would die you would become incapacitated and will recover with about 30 percent health. Rinse and repeat 9 more times and you have your achievement! I personally wouldn’t rush this because the final boss level 50 will be laughing at you if you do. Jokes aside you’ll do this through normal gameplay
