Quick little note I wanted to add to this, her default cooldown timer is 4 minutes. Realistically your getting 1, maybe 2 a game

I use her ability but it's not counting the unlocks.

I've noticed that if I use the ability on the Basement doors the achievement doesn't progress, any door not in the basement that the ability is used on tracks.
