Click On Any Residence, Look For Two People - They Are A Couple.
Click On One Of Them, Select The Cupidon Power - And Click On Someone Else On The Planet.
This Will Give You A Quest Prompt (Top Left).
- The Quest Is To Punish The Nugget You Just Made Leave.
Click On Your Nuggets Population To Bring Up All Their Names, Search For The Nugget Mentioned In The Quest Text.
- Select Telekinesis So He's In Your Hand, Then Drop Him On The Ground.
(Probably Zoom In First, So You Dont Drop Him From Orbit)
- Zap Him With Lightning. Achievement Pops.
Good Luck!
