You Must Research Up To Electricity, Then This Quest Pops.
Nuggola Tesla Wants You To Place A Battery Blueprint Somewhere.
- Upon Doing So Three Battery Pieces Spawn Around The Planet.
Look For Smoke Plumes, These Are Where The Battery Pieces Are.
- Use Telekinesis To Grab The Parts, And Drag Them Back To The Battery (Or Press F) To Drop Them In It.
Finding All Three Pieces Completes The Battery And The Achievement Pops.
