Downvoted because your "guide" offers no guidance on the most important point: in the suture scene you are meant to hold down A. You don't even explain how to do the very actions you need to get this.

People like you need to be banned from giving solutions. I had to search the internet for an actual solution.

I think it's bugged. I finished this chapter and didn't get the achievement :(

for me the issues with unlocking wasn't random (that doesn't change the fact that it was still annoying).. but what caused it for me was my controller turning off (100% correlation between that and no achievement popping throughout my playthrough)

i hope this helps someone (there could be other random reasons i just wanted to share that i caught onto my own personal reason for it not working while other people have told me that not pausing and/or not quick resuming was the trick for them)

Una vez obtenido los utensilios, tienes que regresar al cobertizo, estando en el lugar tendrás que curar tu herida después de una sentencia de botones la que tendrás que seguir, al finalizar un caminante te atacara, por lo que deberás vencerlo, al terminar la escena el LOGRO

será tuyo

UPDATE: Recuerda reiniciar el juego si vez que no sale el LOGRO en la escena mencionada antes de que se realice el checkpoint si pasa esto, tendrás que reiniciar todo el capitulo. La versión de ONE cuenta con muchos bugs. Suerte
