How to unlock the Fore! achievement in The Wandering Village - Definitive Guide
If you follow the Tutorial you’ll eventually get prompted to create a Trebuchet to launch food at the big guy’s face. Before that you’ll need a mushroom farm (separate kind of building from other farms) and an Onbu Kitchen, if the kitchen is very far from the Trebuchet (which has to be near Onbu’s head) a villager will also have to walk the food all the way over. The kitchen will need 20 mushrooms to make one food so make sure you have enough water and mushroom farmers to get to going.
Obviously that’s several buildings that need to be researched but they’re all near the very top of the tree and the Tutorial will have a checklist of all of them for you to do.
My main advice is get as many villagers as you can because it seems I’m always running short. Also tons of water collection will help a lot as well as several types of crops for when you run through someplace where Beats don’t grow well.. You can also shut down certain buildings to free up some workers.
After you have at least one food at the Trebuchet just use the building actions to launch the food and the achievement will pop.
Thanks u/DadThatRocks for confirming that Sandbox settings do disable achievements.
