You may end up achieving this during your general story playthrough, but if not, during your clean up phase, you'll need to do it on every level anyway, so don't pay any heed to it until you hit the clean up phase. The T.V. in the hangout will give you info on each level including the score you've achieved & how many Bonus Objectives you've completed - missions can be replayed from the map on the wall next to the pinball machine.

Score in the game is based on general combat, destruction of property & looting goods. The best advice I can think of when going for this and the 100% is to take your time in a level, smash everything you can see - trash cans, boxes, cars, shop windows, cabinets etc - during combat, successfully completing combos will net you a bigger score than one off hits, I found the most reliable one to use was the , , combo which would net about 13 points on completion instead of 1 point for an individual hit, it's not difficult to pull off and is probably the most reliable. When looting a store, make sure to break open all cabinets and steal everything, then smash anything left lying around (display items etc). Lastly when tagging, if you can complete the trace motion in one go without failing, you will get a 1000 point bonus as well.
