this achievement is confusing for the simple fact that you dont have to unlock all the customisable items to get it all you have to do is do a playthough on star and superstar with a male or female. make sure the playthourghs are with the same gender though as it wont unlock unless it is

Good call A7X - I can confirm that this achievement DOES NOT require 4 play throughs, only two. Just make sure they're done on each difficulty with the same gender.

You will unlock the tracks & customisation items as you playthrough Career Mode. You will need to play through both Male & Female careers in both Star & Superstar difficulty modes in order to unlock everything. You can see how many customisation items you have left to unlock by going into your wardrobe in the dressing room and looking in each category for items with a "lock" on them. For game tracks, there is a total of 28 tracks after you unlock them all, so you will be able to tell how many you have left based off that. Once you unlocked everything, the trophy will pop!
