Oscar Freeman's set of missions are quite quick and easy, though the last one might trip you up depending on your luck.

A Fine Specimen
Spot a caribou.

Managing Moose
Spot 5 unique moose

You just need to spot 5 different moose.

Moose Misfortune
Harvest 3 female moose

If you were lucky enough to get the last mission done on one big herd, you should be able to pick a few off and get this one done quickly as well.

Hardware Upgrade
Travel to the outpost
Pick up the radio components
Upgrade the relay at the lookout tower

Follow the marks on the map.

The Balancing of Bison
Harvest a female bison.

Herd Immunity
Harvest a male caribou in Bankside Timberlands.

Travel to Oscar's favorite spot

Predator Becomes The Prey
Harvest 5 grey wolves
Harvest a grey wolf and earn a Gold Game Score or better
Harvest 5 grizzly bears
Harvest a grizzly bear and earn a Gold Game Score or better

The Grey Wolves- I got lucky and ran into two groups of wolves in the Recovering Teekon Forest, this is the place I find wolves the most. The first group was near the center lake, sadly no golds. Though working my way to the northern tip of the lower lake I spotted an 8-Mystical grey wolf and picked him off and the rest of his group. Which brought me up to 10 wolves killed and only one was gold, so you'll need some luck and patience

The Grizzly Bears- I traveled Stonehollow Basin and worked my way from the outpost there, crept westward towards the left branch of the forked river. There are some need zones between the outpost and the river, I ended up running into an agro bear and killed it. Then upon reaching the river I killed 4 more bears including a gold, upon claiming my trophy the achievement popped.-
