You'll probably get this one naturally as you're learning the ropes. But if not, then you can do it on Custom. Just set the 'time to defuse' to short, then sit and wait for the timer to count down (only about 3 minutes).

A quicker way is it to make sure that you include the Trap module, then press the big red "Click Here" button once you've got the bomb open. Instant Explosion.
