I know I'm years late, but in order to get this achievement, you have to:
1. Go into Chapter 5 and play through the chapter, up until the number cards appear.
2. Enter the number cards in order. (You can make as much mistakes as you want in this bit!)
3. In the next bit where you have to put the cards in, put the cards in this order: Zero, Cry, End, Game, Loop and Home.
4. Once you've verified that all of those cards are in the correct spot, press the "Return" card, and you should receive the achievement.
Note:
Good luck!
