While fighting the Frost Goliath during the first level the game shows you how to grapple onto his body and use power hits on his shoulders, destroying his armour.
Repeat this process until both shoulder plates are gone.
Grapple him one last time and use a couple of melee hits followed by a power hit on his chest. His armour will be destroyed and you get a nice scene of the Jotun being ripped from the machine.

This will almost certainly drop during your first playthrough, though it can be missed if you try hard. When fighting a Frost Goliath, grapple him whenever possible and destroy his arms. The next time you grapple him, you'll only be able to reach his chest, which you should hit with 
. If you do this enough times, the chest cavity will crack, and you will pull the Jotun out of the Goliath and kill him, unlocking this trophy.
