Spare a Mire Giant.
When you reach the end of the Barge section of Vanaheim. The Mire Giant will break free and attack you (you shouldn't have electrocuted him so much).
You need to activate the 2 red runes on the floor to either side of the dock to lower the ramp and the Mire Giant will wander off without you killing him.
The runes activate pretty quick and it's a simple enough achieve, if your having problems though you can lure the Giant over to the other side and then dash to the rune, activate and lure him away and activate the 2nd rune.
OR if you have it you can use Buzzsaw Throw (LT then RT) to stun the beast and quickly activate the rune.
I just activated both runes straight off the bat and only got hit once. Easy enough.

easy??? tried it like 15 times now and he is on me like a bat out of hell from the start

It's much easier with Buzzsaw Throw, make him walk the other end from the rune, wait til he starts an attack and run to the rune and activate. He's not slow, but by the time he's finished his attack animation and made it back to you. You should have enough time to activate them.

After completing the barge section in Vanaheim, the Mire Giant that was pulling your barge will climb up and challenge you to a fight. Instead of attacking him, look for the two diagrams on the floor you can activate with Mjolnir. Do this without killing the Giant and he'll climb back into the water and walk away, giving you this trophy.
