I got this while fighting the Jotun on the Bifrost bridge.
Grab the Call of Valhalla pick-up, giving you unlimited Odinforce and let loose a couple of rounds of lightning storm. (Hold Y with lightning power selected)

I believe it is during chapter 2. Just before Loki tells you enter the observatory.

This must be done in Asgard. The easiest place to get this is when you are first awarded the Lightning Storm (hold ) power. Grab the Call of Valhalla power-up in front of you for infinite magic, and the Lightning Storm repeatedly on the swarms of small enemies that appear from the frost wall behind you. If you don't get it, immediately pause and quit, then continue from the main menu for a second chance.
