A perfectly good way to get the achievement but it's much faster/easier to go into Hammer Throwing mode (RS) while in this mode the four supports of the bridge glow red which means your targeting them. Now simply throw Mjolnir (RT) at the four supports. The bridge collapses killing all enemies instantly otherwise each enemy respawns about 5 times each.

During the Niflheim level, after travelling up the ice river and destroying the jade turret. You will then have a scene where a few enemies fire projectiles at you from a bridge opposite your position.
Keep deflecting their shots back at them (LT) until they are all destroyed.

This should be unmissable. As you progress through Niflheim, you'll come to a point where you cannot continue, and the camera will zoom across a chasm to some Iceborn standing on a bridge. Either defeat them all, or use Hammer Throws to destroy the supports on their bridge, and the bridge will fall, unlocking the trophy.
