Near the end of the Vanaheim level, when you first meet Ulik, he will set a few trolls on you followed by the war beast.
Run as far from it as you can and turn to face it. It should charge up the cannon and fire a volley of shots at you. Deflect them back as best you can (LT just before impact) and repeat until you have deflected 3.

Ahhh I think it glitched on me, I reflected more than 3 times and nothing...

During Vanaheim, the War Beast will be sent to kill you. You'll know it when you see it, since it will have a large cannon on it's head. Use 
to reflect it's projectiles back at it. Do this three times, and you'll get this one.
