Ok. When the game loads up, Press RT. Scroll down to the survey and press Y. You dont need to wait for the screen to load.
If there is a survey (which there is currently) it will ask you a question.
The surveys dont always appear, so if its not there when you read this.. come back next day!

Says that No surveys available, any idea if updates need to happen or is this just random? Not sure with '12 out if this will be unobtainable from now!!!

Was just random last year. Might need to wait until the full season starts again tho.

I have my suspicions that this will now be unobtainable due to it being the 2011 iteration of the franchise :( I will say I've not read anything confirming that though and hope I'm wrong but that's just my gut feeling.

There is a survey up today 07/02/2011 for anyone who needs it.

Just load the game up, Press RT and scroll down to the survey and press Y. Complete the survey and the achievement is yours

I had given up on the hope of getting this but there is a survey online at the moment ( 13th Sept 2012 ).

The servers shut down on October 10th 2012 so get it while you can!

For this achievement, all you have to do is answer a simple question about the game. To do so, follow these steps:

--From the Main Menu, hit the "LT Button" and scroll down to the option that says, "Survey."
--Wait for it to load and then a new screen will pop up with EA's logo. Hit the "Y Button" and answer a single question.

*NOTE: Your answer does not affect the achievement.

Achievement Unlocks as soon as you click on your answer.
