For this achievement, you have to play in a TeamPlay Online match consisting of 24 people. To do this, follow these steps:

--First of all, this achievement is alot easier if you set up a boosting session because it's difficult to find public rooms with people willing to wait for a full room of 24 people.
--If you would like to boost, then you can sign up for a boosting session here:

Achievement Unlocks as soon as the game starts, so there are no worries if people quit during the match because you'll still get your achievement.

everytime i try and and play a team play match with 12 vs 12 the room never stays on long enough to get 24 players in the game. this is very frustrating lol. Add me RedUSMarines311 so we can do this. I am usually on live 8pm pacific time. So if anyone else is on here that wants to do this look for me or send me a message via xbox live.

I realize this is an achievement based website, and I totally agree with the author's posted solution for this achievement. However, I would like to add a comment that people should consider before simply bailing from the match after the achievement pops.

I was in a lobby for 2 hours that eventually filled. Although the achievement popped as soon as the match started, my playing partner and I both played through the entire match. Others simply bailed. While in the middle of my match, I got a message from another friend of mine who was also in the lobby. While he also got the achievement, he was booted from the match because his partner bailed. He was really pissed because he had waited for 2 hours for the rosters to fill, just like me, and he really wanted to play the match, but his partner's decision to bail forced him to be booted out. So think about your playing partner before you simply bail after the achievement pops. That's all I wanted to add.

JohnnyRogue, I gave you a thumbs up on your posted solution. Good advice, and absolutely correct. Nice job.

This achievement pops at the loading screen once you create a lobby and launch with 24 people. You must get 24 people in the lobby and these people MUST choose a team to play for in the selection screen before the game can be launched. At this point, the large random 12 vs. 12 lobbies are gone. You could best get this by organizing a game session. I joined a session, joined a different lobby, then went to my recent players and invited all those people in an effort to flood the lobby. It worked to shore up the last few spots.
