Land the ball on the Fairway after your tee shot. FIR = Fairway in Regulation.
Your tee shot must land on the fairway. If you land in the rough/2nd cut/1st cut or a hazard (sand, water, etc.) you will not get this. If you land your tee shot on the green on a par 4+ you can get this as well.
