Titan Quest

I was level 22 when I reached the first telkine and found him very easy. He will be unreachable at first, hiding behind a wall of flame that you cannot pass and will summon 4 statues. Once you defeat them, the telkine will fight you. My build was nature and warfare. I had 2 wolves to keep him busy while a went all out with my dual weapons, healing with potions as necessary. Regardless of your build I'd say your strategy would be similar.
