Just to add to Bandidao's comment.. push the points up to 100 then just play until you get it, it will pop when you get to your 100 kill, you don't have to finish the race first.

I also allowed mines and missiles.
After completing the normal challenges, it took me two 100 point games where I optimized on kills to get this.
