This is the Final achievement you will unlock.
As with all other Chilli Dog games, use the cheat code at the title menu (up,up,down,down,up,up,right,left,left,right,Y) and you will hear a cheering sound. Re-select your profile. The cheat will have activated god-mode and given you 2000 points which do not deplete when spent. Buy all the frog skins and then I found it easiest to use the Serious Frog Skin which gives you a mini gun right at the start of the game.
Move through the levels continuing to the right - sometimes you will need to go upwards to find a key to continue right. This makes more sense when you play the game, trust me!
Once you get to the final boss it only seems to take damage from the front so whittle away at its health and it will eventually die.

Some of the rooms at the top of the screen have a bunker (large metal circle in the middle of the room that you can interact with by pressing 'Y') in them that teleport you to a different level. Not ideal for a normal playthrough since you'll be playing the levels out of order, missing achievements along the way. However, if like me you're on a later level and an armored snail glitches out in their invincible form to where it can't be killed so you have to quit, thus restarting the game (the game doesn't save what level you were on), these bunkers can potentially save you some time. Where they teleport you seems to be random, so there is a luck factor with saving some time as I've gone to level 8, back to 3, then 5, and then 10. Also, I've had the camera get stuck going into new rooms, so I couldn't see what I was doing at all. This game is wonderful.
*Edit: From my experience, skipping levels appears to break encountering the final boss. When you get to level 10, it plays like a normal level instead and the game just gets more and more broken from there. So, should you encounter a game-breaking bug (level 9 was when I experienced the glitched-out snail), starting over and just going through like normal seems to be the best option. What a headache.
