ToeJam & Earl in Panic on Funkotron

There are some underwater sections throughout the game where you swim by holding a direction and tapping . In some of these locations you can find a purple blowfish that if you go next to you kiss and it replenishes your oxygen gauge! They can first be found in the second level, but there are many sections throughout the game where it is necessary to use them.
