Log island, up the escalator and on the right. You will have to complete her mission first. Which involves bringing the hungry customers to the Hot bean stand. Be sure to wear the hot bean hat.

You can earn this in Logcity.

You'll need to first complete the 'Young and Inspiring' Quest before you can get it (see Buisness executed (25G)). When you turn in the Quest, she'll start to sparkle, letting you know you can get this achievement. If she doesn't sparkle right away, leave the area and come back. You need to take a picture of her, but make sure you're zoomed in on her face and she's the main focal point. Otherwise, it won't register properly.
