How to unlock the Employee of the month achievement in TOEM - Definitive Guide

Visit Stanhamn
(You will first need to acquire the Horn by heading all the way left until you get to the roof of a building in a storm and helping a character finding stuck ships)
After getting off the boat/bus head straight up until you see a guy getting swarmed by birds. Honk your horn at the birds and the guy will take you to an island.
Head up the 2 ramps north of the dock and enter the building.
Head straight up another ramp and you will see a wall of picture frames. Take a selfie and put it in the empty frame.

You can earn this in Stanham.
When you're at the Hydroplant, there will be a gentleman in the top left that will be basking in the gloriousness of all of his Employee of the Month photos. All of the frames will have his picture except for the last one. Simply take a selfie and place your picture in the empty frame to unlock this achievement.
