This will be your second achievement and is unmissable. After leaving your house, you're free to explore the small area around your house. You'll need to take the bus to reach the next area (Oaklaville) which will net you the achievement. In order to take the bus, you'll need stamps. So there's two things you can do in this area. Talk to the old person again, who will ask you to take their photo. Show them the photo after, and they'll give you a stamp. You can find a pair of clogs behind the house. After you do, talk to the person in the lower right corner, who will gift you the clogs (even though you found them already), and he'll give you a stamp. After you've collected them, talk to the person at the bus kiosk, who will update your stamp card and give you access to the bus ride to Oaklaville. Head to the bus stop, and choose Oaklaville, and once you get there, it should pop!
