Once you reach LogCity, go up the escalators and there will be a tall building to the left of 2 bikes and behind a water pump there is an emblem on it. Take a picture of the building.

The clock tower is in Logcity, the first area up the escalator. The clock is synced to your system clock, and on the hour a cuckoo pops out of the doors below the clock. Take a picture of the cuckoo for the achievement.

Just the clock will do just fine. When you enter Logcity, leave the underground bus station. In the back of this area is a sign with a camera on it, letting you know this is where you need to take the picture. Whip out your camera and take a snapshot of the tall clocktower here to unlock the achievement.
