A very simple and easy achievement if you know what you are doing. At any point on Basto, when you are playing during the night time, use your camera on the moon. Before snapping the picture, apply the Sunglasses Frame (The Frames and Filters menu is accessed by hitting lt.png while in camera view). This will allow you to take a picture of the moon just as it is in the achievement image and will award you as such once completed.
