This trophy will unlock as soon as you complete level 3 (Tokyo), refer to the spoiler for more info on this level. There is a boss fight on this level. You will first be walking around the party, once you meet up with the big guy you will be ambushed by the yakuza. Kill them all to advance. The level mainly involves climbing and using the grapple. Once you get to the very end you have a boss to fight. He's really easy to kill and you just have to dodge his shots and shoot him repeatedly. You can kill him on the bottom or the top floor. This boss can be killed in one shot if you're using the one hit kill cheat so remember that for the time trial. The level will finish once you defeat the boss.
