Tomb Raider: Underworld

This one's pretty short. All you have to do is head to the stern (back) of the ship, take the stairs down and go inside. Then you have to progress though the hallways until you meet the game's antagonist, Amanda in a glass tube. During the cutscene, you'll unlock the achievement. As for the enemies, simply switch to Mjolnir, your hammer, and finish them off. This weapon will easily one shot them.
